As a Transactions Specialist IV in the Global Document Services department, you'll play a crucial part in overseeing lower level specialist to ensure smooth operation of equipment. You will support production of mail products from our various lines of businesses such as Retail, Card Services, Retirement Plan Services, Private Bank, and Treasury Services. Your contribution will be key in creating and maintaining the quality of our mail system.
Job responsibilities
Assist supervisory and management team in communication process changes and operational requirements, Side-by-side training and coordination of any/all new hire trainingParticipating in daily/weekly audits to gather and report statistical information to managementResearch and provide recommendations on performance error investigations, root cause, and resolutionValidate production’s input and output daily, with an emphasis on risk control measures, maintain and ensure global document services standard operating procedures are followed at all timesOversee shift operations and pass on updates, informing Supervisors/Managers and peers of current day’s process delays or breakdownsResolve issues related to production and/or quality, Meet and or exceed all internal Service Level AgreementsEnsure that all department and bank guidelines are followed as they relate to operations, internal audit and security, and general management practicesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Oversee associates responsible for producing mail in a high capacity, fast-paced, automated environment with an emphasis on Quality and Productivity, Good attention to detailMust be able to work overtime, as needed, along with Holidays and WeekendsMust be team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a global matrixed organizationAble to lift 40-70lbs and deliver 200 lb supplies utilizing industrial pull/push cartsAble to stand 8 to 10 hours per shift, must be able to stand/walk for long periods of timeProblem solving and analytical skills required, with ability to think independentlyStrong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various areas of the firm and levels of managementPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Willing to participate and maintain departmental work area maintenanceHigh school diploma preferred, or five years of production environment work historyAbility to effectively multi-task and work under pressureWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30am
Shift differential: 10%
This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
