Job DescriptionEnsure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Transcon Department
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flowEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and Trace Transcon files and reportingEnsure accurate and timely client and vendor billingEnsure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicableInteract with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standardsContribute and maintain good relationships with suppliersMeet compliance at all times?Network communications, timely responses to emails and requestsMeet KPI standards in accordance with Company policyUnderstand customers procedures and maintain updated internal DLSOPsMeet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedures Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)Escalation of problems to Management when necessaryPromote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.
