Primary Responsibilities:
Actively and effectively manages the day-to-day customer service delivery model for assigned clients by:
Execute all client instructions from standard to complex (high dollar) transactions at expected level of speed and accuracyAble to execute all steps of the processing lifecycle, comprising of all work types from medium to high complexity. - high (high dollar transactions; simple and complex work typesKnowledgeable when it comes to Manco services, products, policies and procedures pertaining to the team’s accountable transactionsLiaise with internal teams to facilitate client service requirementsTakes ownership of specific requests/issues to ensure end to end support is followedEnsure timely resolution of escalations, sensitive issues or requests are processed meeting SLA’s and in good orderSkills and Competencies
Post-secondary education in a related disciplinePrevious experience in a service oriented environment; mutual fund back office operations strong client focusExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsTeam Player, able to work in a team environment with shared goals and accountabilitiesWillingness to work in an environment with flexible schedules that is driven by client commitments and high volumesDemonstrated process improvement capabilityAbility to communicate complex business and technical concepts plainly and simplyAbility to organize and prioritize work.
