Overview

Works with a multidisciplinary team to support day-to-day management of transfers into FirstHealthMooreRegionalHospital.Will be responsible for collecting pertinent demographic data, determining and utilizing real-time data entry and providing FirstComm staff will all the necessary information for transports.

Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Associates degree preferred.Requires current LPN licenes;Current certification in BCLS, ITLS or PHTLS, ACLS, PALS.Instructor preferred.Current valid NC or SC driver's license (as appropriate) with a good driving history.Requires 5 years full-time experience in LPN position.1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.
