ROLEAs a Transfer Pricing Associate, you will contribute to the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and optimize transfer pricing models that support business operations.You will manage pricing calculations, intercompany agreements, and tax audits while providing technical analysis for regulatory queries. This role offers exposure to strategic planning, process optimization, and automation tools, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and global environment.WHAT YOU'LL DOGather and analyse financial and operational data to support transfer pricing models and economic analyses, as well as intercompany chargesWork closely with teams in finance, operations, and legal to understand how products, services, and profits flow across borders—and help make sure we price them rightGo beyond spreadsheets—analyse financials, understand the ‘why’ behind performance, and craft narratives that support our pricing strategiesAssist in the development and implementation of new transfer pricing policies and strategiesSupport tax compliance and audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries from tax authorities.Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation and reports in compliance with OECD guidelines and local country regulations (e.g., Master File, Local File, CbCR)Yes, documentation is part of the role—but it’s built into broader strategic work.
