Job Duties
Direct all users to proper dumping areas and record what items are being disposed.Keep all areas of the landfill site clean and well maintained.Keep all buildings clean and well maintained.Assist in transferring or disposing of waste as required.Sort recyclables as required.Assisting customers with their questions about their waste/recycling.Directing customers with the disposal of their waste/recycling.Assisting with cash transactions as required.Required
Landfill experience is an asset.Class 5 Drivers License.Experience with or knowledge of the handling, storage and disposal of Hazardous Substance and Dangerous Waste.Physically fit with the ability to lift at least 30lbs.Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.#GFLTalent
