Transformation and Continuous Improvement Trainee

JM is undergoing a Global Transformation programme; this position will support the Transformation, Knowledge Management, and Continuous Improvement (C&TI) function in relation to structure and material creation, global process documentation as well as power - bi reporting. This trainee role offers a flexible schedule and allows you to assist with a crucial initiative: creating and updating video material, knowledge articles, reports, updating process maps in the system called BizzDesign. You'll work alongside our team to ensure a smooth transition and gain valuable knowledge in process migration, mapping and contents creation.

What you will do:

Create knowledge articles.Support with folder structure creation for the future SOP management process.Support with auditing and rectifying the SOP naming convention.Create and edit video material for internal trainings.Assist in transferring process information to the new BizzDesign platform.Help ensure accuracy and completeness of transferred data.Support with the reports and the dashboard updates.Connect Processes to Risks, Controls, Data points and Standard Operating Procedures.Communicate with different stakeholders to clarify the process.Create and update excel trackers as well as PowerPoint presentations.

You are a good fit if you:

Have great attention to details.Possess strong logical thinking skills. You can analyze information and follow a clear sequence to complete tasks.Demonstrate ownership and feel comfortable to share constructive feedback.Are proficient in computer software and applications. This includes familiarity with common operating systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. You can clearly convey information and follow instructionsAre comfortable working independently and following instructions.Enjoy working in a team environment.Prior experience with any of these tools is a plus: Visio, MS Package, Articulate, SharePoint.
