Job Description This role is critical in ensuring that new projects, systems, or processes are fully prepared and aligned for successful adoption and integration within the business. This role bridges project teams and operational teams, ensuring all stakeholders are ready for change and that disruptions are minimized upon launch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirements Analysis 

Manage and analyze business user requirements mapped against customer journey

Conduct user requirements walkthrough sessions with the stakeholders and project team

Collaborate proactively with project manager,  project team,  and stakeholders for monitoring of requirements-related activities.

Change and Stakeholder Management

Implement change management plan to prepare teams prior project deployments

Engage with stakeholders, ensuring they understand the changes and are aligned with project goals

Create communication materials, such as FAQs, emails, and updates, to keep all relevant parties informed

Manage all action items and follow through to meet timelines

Business Readiness

Facilitate demonstration of requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders

Conduct a readiness assessment to identify potential risks or gaps in implementation.

Create contingency plans to address anticipated issues, ensuring minimal disruption during go-live.

Lead and facilitate user acceptance testing in collaboration with nominated users and the project team

Benefits Realization

Monitor performance and adoption metrics post-launch to evaluate the effectiveness of the project

Establish feedback loops with operational teams and end-users to continuously improve processes and address any ongoing issues.

Continuous Learning and Improvement

Obtain technical know how of all internal platforms

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3-5 years of experience in I.T, database management and automation process

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

With experience working in an agile team adopting agile methodologies

With experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
