Transformation & Change Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Transformation & Change Lead to drive innovation and breakthroughs in support of business transformation, ultimately building change management capability across our P&S (Production & Supply) Organisation. You will lead change expertise and organisational development practices, partnering with leaders to successfully deliver change programs, projects, workshops, and events, providing guidance and thought leadership on change management.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Change management capability building.Lead organisational development activities and the community of practitioners across P&S, ensuring effective deployment of best practices to drive innovation and change.Line management of a small team.Collaborate, challenge, and coach senior leaders to model, embrace, and embed cultural change.Actively drive development and training of change and Organisational Development capabilities globally, in line with Syngenta Change Methodology and Catalytic Leadership practices.Establish and maintain a community of practice across various disciplines related to change.Effectively manage the budget (revenue and spend) for the change management and catalytic practice.                                                                                                              

Qualifications and required experience

Strong influencing and relationship building skills, with an ability to lead without authority across a complex network.Experience within a global, matrix organisation where you have collaborated across borders with a variety of functions/teams across a complex network.Ability to manage and lead change in a catalytic way within complex cross functional transformation programs.Solid experience in partnering with senior leader and teams to design, prepare and implement change.Solid leadership experience, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong facilitation and coaching skillsExperience within large-scale global (software/systems) change & transformation programs.Supply Chain understanding in an Agro-business or closely related industry would be advantageous.Fluency in English a must – other languages would be a benefit.

Site Details

The role is based in our Global Operations Centre in Didsbury, near Manchester. This is a hybrid contract, with a minimum 2 days per week to be worked in the office, with remote working available for the remainder of the week (for the first few months, there will be a requirement to spend up to 3 days per week onsite), however there will be instances where more time in the office is required. The site is a local hub for worldwide operations, ensuring growers, globally, have access to the right product at the right time.
