Transformation Coach and Change Manager

Reporting the Senior Project Manager, you will help teams adopt the Product Operating Model, navigate change and, build a communication strategy that fosters alignment and trust. You have a way of coming alongside others, a passion to approach work better, change management expertise. You will connect with teams empathetically while driving forward momentum, ensuring that change is not just implemented, but embraced. You will be an coach, and program driver, helping teams operationalize transformation efforts and optimize business practices for lasting impact. We ask that you can guide teams at different altitudes, see things in a different way, and activate transformation at scale—making complex change accessible, actionable, and sustainable. Key Responsibilities Transformation & Change Management + Lead transformation programs, ensuring teams adopt the Product Operating Model. + Apply change management strategies to drive adoption and sustain change. + Identify risks, manage stakeholders, and develop practical tools and frameworks. + Track success through KPIs and continuous improvement. Coaching & Influence + Guide teams through change with strategic coaching. + Lead and engage with curiosity and patience, ensuring adoption is effective. + Facilitate workshops and training to support engagement. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment + Develop a communication strategy for agreement and transparency. + Partner with leadership and teams to ensure smooth information flow. + Create reports and presentations to build momentum. Operational Excellence + Help build scalable processes and playbooks to support transformation. + Identify efficiencies and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement. + 5-7 years in program management, product operations, transformation, or change management. + Hands-on experience with SVPG's Product Operating Model and coaching teams through its adoption. + Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and driving business transformation. + You have an expertise in communication strategy and stakeholder management. + Certifications in Change Management, Agile, or Product Management.
