Purpose of Role:  

Weir is establishing a new Global Business Services function supporting Data, Analytics and AI (DAAI).  You will support the Director of this new function in managing the establishment and transformation required. You will help the Director establish an operating model and governance, manage transformation activities and communications and maintain an transformation roadmap and status reporting. You will be familiar with the operational needs of a technology organisation. We are all committed to working together and collaborating with our Global Weir family. Key Responsibilities:

Creating and managing a transformation roadmap including all aspects of the establishment and transformation activities for the new function.Assisting in defining and establishing the operating model for the function.Assisting in establishing a governance model and an operational risk register for the function in line with Weir’s governance framework.Coordinating people transitions, hiring and onboarding activities required by the new function.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Experience of transformation management, ideally in Data and Analytics.Experience in working within a complex, highly federated organisation, ideally in a Global Business Services construct.Experience of proactive communication to and direct interaction with staff at many levels.Understanding of governance and risk management within organisations.
