Job purpose
The Transformation Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects business transformational across functions with a digital enablement supported by data management and analytics to improve the organization. Provides leadership, innovation, and oversight for change management in process transformation developing strategies from insights by “Thinking big and planning ahead” to better serve our customers with operational and business efficiency. Collaborates with all departments connecting Calatin’s Vision, understanding the transformational needs, leading and promoting the use digital, analytical tools to derive insights for informed decision-making to continuously “Act as Owners”. Strong communication skills and the ability to transform complex process into actionable recommendations.
Oversee the creation of reports and dashboards, using McCain’s tool and resources, resulting in the impact of organizational strategies. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, along with a solid understanding of databases and business processes, is required. Collaboration with various teams to enhance data-driven decision-making is a key aspect of the role. The role is responsible to create, implement and enforce procedures and policies, as well as streamlining effective processes across multiple markets.
The Transformation Manager position requires excellent attention to detail, an in-depth understanding of the delivery process and exceptional analytics skills. This individual should also be highly visible and have strong leadership qualities with excellent ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the team.
Duties and responsibilities
Transformational growth mindset Digital, Data Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies aligned with organizational goals.Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security aligning with our corporate standards.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of transformation, data analysts, data scientists, and other related professionalsProvide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance team skills, capabilities for the development .
3. Project Management:
Oversee transformational, digital and data-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize advanced analytics tools to derive insights from complex datasets.Design and implement reporting mechanisms to communicate key performance indicators and trends.
5. Technology Integration:
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance digital, data processing and analysis capabilities across all departmentsCollaborate with Technology teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and applications.Lead Calatin’s transformation from global projects and strategies like S4/Hanna, McCain Customer Excellence (MCX), IBP and any other program that arises.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business units to understand their transformational, data needs and align analytics efforts with organizational objectives.Communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.Communicate with managers in different departments in a company to strategize and align goals.
7. Other responsibilities:
Lead meetings with operational teams to ensure alignment. Gather content and prepare presentations and reports for Partner S&OP meetings and for distribution to stakeholders.Support and work closely with cross functional project teams to deliver new innovations and product extensions according to defined deliverables and timelines.Assist with the execution management strategies and optimization to deliver partnership value and sustainable results.Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives including digitization and automation of processes.Oversees data quality.Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups.Assist in the creation and implementation of new reports and processes. Meet critical deadlines to support program / business areas to achieve goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, Project Management, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Biology or related field. Proficiency in English and Spanish.3-5 years of relevant work experience in transformation, data analysis or business intelligence roles. Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in Project Management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in data and analytics.Emotional intelligence and maturity to manage diverse cultures and opinions.Familiarity with Power Apps, BI Tools such as Power Bi (DAX) or Tableau. Good knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.Working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel), relational databases. Analytical mind with business acumen.Problem-solving aptitude.Organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail.Teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
