The Manager of GV Business Transformation is a member of the GV Business Transformation team. The role works and collaborates directly with all the GlobalView Regional Service Excellence/ BPI managers, highly visible with our executive management and requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

Accountable for leading global Business Transformation & Process Digitization initiatives aimed at meeting GV’s client satisfaction and operating plan targets. Role will lead/facilitate sessions with various levels of the organization to identity improvements and efficiencies with an eye towards standardization. Proactively utilize process improvement methodology & approved technology solutions to make it easy for our clients & associates. Conduct independent analysis and assessments to resolve strategic issues utilizing proven process improvement techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma and Business Process Management Systems. Execute the GV Service/excellence/ BPI and PMO digital transformation journey within the regions through cross functional teams of leaders and their project management and/or technical expertise aligned to regional functional managers with focus on standardization, automation and alignment. Build deep partnership with operational leadership, represented workgroups and technology stakeholders from across the global enterprise to understand client experience concerns and to develop and implement sustainable solutions. Establish and maintain project management fundamentals to coordinate projects, track progress and measure all KPIs. Collaborate with ESI Service business leaders and associates to drive adoption of new and existing Service initiatives. Become a trusted advisor with colleagues and business stakeholders by providing strategic advice. Available for travel

Specific Skill / Experiences:

Extensive operations experience, ideally in an ADP Service organization Extensive experience in successfully executing on Business Transformation and Process Digitisation initiatives Creative thinker, able to identify solutions and options that have not previously been considered and have the skills to turn vision in to execution. High level of ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Excellent decision-making skill set. Display very high levels of energy, resilience and maintaining a positive outlook even in the face of adversity. Able to motivate and engage associates at all levels of the organization. Must be able to challenge the status quo and influence multi-directional and non-linear relationships. Keen to lead challenging, untested, cross functional new projects Must be “marketplace” informed Passionate about making it easier for our clients and associates. Passionate for using technology to drive process efficiency. High level of planning and organizational skills with strong inter-personal communication skills. In depth knowledge of project management tools and methodology. Excellent time management, presentation skills. Qualifications and experience:

 

Education:

Degree or equivalent Lean Six Sigma qualified preferred

Work Experience:

Relevant experience in Operations within a large multi-national company Held a senior position requiring extensive application of Process Reengineering and Project/Program Management Experience working at a senior level ideally in an international environment. Must be fluent in English, additional language preferred
