What you'll do:


You will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end strategic thinking and leading cross-functional teams to deliver key outcomes that contribute to the success Agros.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the business to accelerate change and drive innovation through outcome-centric and hypothesis-led problem-solving approaches. Your responsibilities will include shaping and implementing major change projects, leveraging data and external insights to make informed decisions, and fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver transformational initiatives at pace while championing a transformation mindset across the organisation.

Essential Skills Required

Successful experience of working on shaping and implementing major Change and Transformation projects/programmes.  Thought leadership and good understanding of retail best practice E2E  Experience designing solutions for change and driving them through to implementation Experience of and ability to manage transformational programmes of work  Collaborative nature and ability to connect stakeholders across the business
