Transformation Office Program Lead

Guardian’s Digital and Technology (D&T) organization is undergoing a transformation to drive the growth and future strategy of the business. As Transformation Office Program Lead, you will be a part of the exciting shift we are making! The position focuses on supporting the transformation initiatives underway, ensuring success to the individual initiatives and driving connectivity across the program.

You areA highly engaged individual with a strategic mindset who is excited to drive the success of the transformation program activities.The ideal candidate will demonstrate an owner attitude, adopt a consultative approach, and leverage their experience and collaborative style to effectively oversee the transformation office.You haveBachelor’s degree with 7 - 10 years of experienceAbility to work cross-functionally across teams to remove obstacles and prioritize workSuperb communication and influencing skills with various audiences and stakeholdersExperience working in an organization undergoing transformational change and the ability to support, drive and influence the change agenda to achieve the expectationsExcel at crafting compelling narratives about the success or opportunities for the work and analyzing information to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendationsDesign comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide a clear and transparent view of the work progress and performanceYou willLead the coordination and oversight of the transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with initiative goals and marking progress against planDevelop and support the updates to the program dashboard, incorporating input from each of the initiatives, drawing insights and making recommendations, where appropriateWork closely with workstream owners and initiative leaders to understand and guide their approaches and identify interdependencies within the program and other activities in the organizationDetermine when specific initiatives or issues require further focus and raise to leadership to ensure the appropriate focus and resolutionPartner with Finance and workstream leaders to track realization of cost savings and operational efficienciesWork across the organization to establish relationships, drive multi-functional discussions and decisionsCollaborate with Head of Technology, Strategy & Execution to incorporate the transformation metrics into the overall Digital & Technology metric processReporting RelationshipsThis role will report to our Head of Technology Strategy & ExecutionLocationThree days a week at a Guardian office in New York, NY or Holmdel, NJ and two days WFH

Salary Range:

$116,350.00 - $191,155.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
