We are currently recruiting for a Transformation Portfolio Office Manager. The primary objective of the role is to establish robust reporting across all the key initiatives that make up the strategic portfolio. Creation of Exec level reports, providing insights, analysis, and reporting on the Strategic Change Portfolio. Understanding the risk profile, synergies, dependencies, and accountability in delivering the business plan. The role requires collaboration with business areas to understand the performance of key initiatives and promote effective change management methodologies and governance across the business, creating a Centre of Excellence for change management and governance.
Responsibilities
Produce insightful, accurate and well-structured Exec level reports
Minimise duplication of effort, one version of the truth - ‘say it as it is’
Oversee timely and accurate Portfolio Change reporting inputs
Provide mentoring on PMO and Change methodologies and governance
Engage and build strong relationships with change stakeholders including Project Sponsors
Structure portfolio governance to provide assurance and good risk management
Ensure awareness and promote resolution of risks and issues
Co-ordination of a Group view of RAID across portfolio and key dependencies between projects to ensure change delivers aligned to the overall Group Strategy
Change control at the centre to ensure transparency of decision making and impact
Ensure change initiatives delivers benefits within time & budget constraints
Contribute to the annual financial and action planning process
Create centre of excellence for change management and governance
