Transformation is a core element of the HP strategy and requires considerable engagement with all levels of the organization to drive multiple complex, cross-organizational projects in parallel. This role is for a Master Level Program Manager that will be accountable for managing the progress of projects from business case creation to delivery of benefits and will be accountable for a portfolio of complex, cross-organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities
In this role you will provide program leadership for the critical transformation efforts in key lines of businessPartner with executive business stakeholders to influence and direct the efforts of multiple workstreams and teams in the design, development, and implementation of project plans in support of strategic companywide effortsManage the E2E process for approving, tracking and verifying the delivery of the business outcomes for the transformation portfolioEnsure project delivery is aligned with standards, Digital (IT) strategy and program value delivery objectivesFacilitate technical and functional subject matter experts for problem resolution within workstreamsCoordinates communication about project status to all levels of the organizationWork with key stakeholders to drive awareness of the business problem that must be solved and generate support for the initiative through consistent communications on the benefits to the company, the organization, and the employeesServe as a trusted advisor to executive levels of the organizationProvide hands-on leadership and project management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurateQualifications
Proven experience in managing programs, projects, portfolio or product management across multiple functions to deliver the outcomes specified in the original business caseExperience leading and/or supporting organizational change and transformation for large scale global projectsProcess improvement experience and knowledge of AI technologies and pros and cons of each technology is a plusAn ability to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadershipHas an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.PMP, PgMP or similar certifications requiredFirst Level University degree.Advanced University degree preferred.10+ years in like in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
