Transformation Program Manager
The Benelux Transformation Office Manager oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives within the Fujitsu Benelux organization. He / She ensures that transformation projects align with the company's strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget. **Accountabilities** + **Project Qualification:** Assess and qualify transformation projects to ensure they align with the Benelux strategic goals and have a clear business case. + **Management Team Approval:** Seek and obtain approval from the management team for transformation projects and initiatives. + **Strategic Planning** : Support department Tower Leads to develop and implement transformation strategies and roadmaps. + **Benefits Management:** Identify and track the benefits of transformation projects to ensure they deliver value to the organization. + **Project Management:** Oversee multiple transformation projects, ensuring they meet objectives and deadlines. + **Stakeholder Management:** Engage with Tower Leads and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives. + **Performance Monitoring** : Track and report on the progress of transformation projects, identifying and addressing any issues. + **Change Management** : Facilitate organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems. + **Resource Allocation** : Manage resources effectively to support transformation initiatives. + **Reporting:** Report progress to the steering committee on the status, progress, and outcomes of transformation projects. **Skills** + **Strategic Thinking** : Strong ability to develop and implement strategic plans. + **Project Management** : Proficiency in managing complex projects, including budgeting and scheduling. + **Communication** : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. + **Change Management** : Expertise in managing organizational change and driving adoption of new processes. + **Problem-Solving** : Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** + **Project Completion Rate** : Percentage of transformation projects completed on time and within budget. + **Stakeholder Satisfaction** : Level of satisfaction among stakeholders with the transformation initiatives. + **Adoption Rate** : Rate at which new processes and systems are adopted by the organization. + **Cost Savings** : Amount of cost savings achieved through transformation initiatives. + **Performance Improvement** : Measurable improvements in organizational performance because of transformation projects. + **Resource Utilization** : Efficiency in the use of resources allocated to transformation initiatives. **Requisition ID** : 28461
