We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Transformation Senior Manager - Insurance Finance.

Principal Responsibilities

The Transformation team will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Global Insurance Finance transformation programme, driving modernisation, enhancing efficiency, and aligning the Finance function with the company’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

The role holder would focus on driving key Transformation initiatives, including:

The redesign of finance processes and operating models to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChange management and communication, driving cultural change and delivering new enhancement initiativesProgramme governance that is in accordance with HSBC Change Framework, including standards, policies, and proceduresTransformation programme resourcing, hiring, budgeting, and 3rd party engagementProgramme planning, tracking, and progress updatesPartnering with key teams to integrate finance transformation initiatives into the broader business strategyTechnology integration for the function, including the selection and implementation of new financial systems and tools and seamless integration of technology solutionsStaying current with emerging trends and technologies and assess their potential impact on the finance functionEscalation and management of programme risks and issuesProviding regular feedback, coaching and guidanceNurturing strong internal and external networks to stay abreast of sector developments, trends and leading practices to continuously enhance GI Finance’s transformation excellenceDriving the adoption of HSBC standards and working in alignment with HSBC methodology at all times
