Overview The Cost Transformation Accelerator (CTX) team plays a pivotal role in PepsiCo’s strategic cost transformation initiatives, focusing on unlocking new and enhanced insights through data-driven approaches. The team aims to improve cost insights by leveraging new digital solution, standardizing end-to-end performance metrics, advanced analytics for key cost drivers, and future-oriented cost intelligence strategies, such as Cost to Serve (CTS), to deliver next-generation cost savings across the value chain. The CTX team’s mission is to drive cross-functional decision-making, build a robust cost transformation culture, and implement globally consistent frameworks that enhance collaboration across operational, commercial, and financial verticals. Role Overview: The Sr. Manager for CTS Capability Digital Design & Delivery Lead is responsible for the digital design, execution, and delivery of PepsiCo's new Global Cost to Serve (CTS) solution. This role will serve as the key bridge between our digital/data teams and the internal CTX teams, ensuring the digital solution aligns with both technical and business requirements, driving maximum return on investment. The Sr. Manager will work across functions to optimize delivery, scale solutions, and ensure the program achieves strategic outcomes for PepsiCo. This includes leading CTS delivery efforts, tracking measurable outcomes, and ensuring the scalability of the solution across functions and markets. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of cost transformation at PepsiCo, leveraging cutting-edge analytics, data, and digital solutions to drive meaningful change across the organization. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end digital delivery of the CTS program across multiple sectors, overseeing deployment to ensure alignment with scope and business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and define technical and business needs, facilitating data discovery and analysis while setting key CTS KPIs and metrics. Manage a $15MM digital budget over three years, aligning financial and delivery trade-offs with senior management and steering committees as needed. Develop comprehensive functional business requirements across data, analytics, and product teams, ensuring alignment with the broader business needs of functions like FP&A, Go-To-Market, Warehouse, and Logistics. Support Project and Change Managers by providing regular updates to Senior Leadership on CTX digital delivery progress, ensuring a clear and consistent narrative. Determine CTS technical solutions meets "Active Base Costing" concepts and practices. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in financial, supply chain, or transformation roles, with deep expertise in cost transformation strategies and processes. Experience in the FMCG industry Strong program and project management skills, with proven experience leading cross-functional teams through complex, multi-geography projects. Experience with managing stakeholder, change management, and delivering business transformation programs across various business functions. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field required; MBA preferred. Management accounting experience is a strong advantage, as is experience within the Experience working with global teams, across diverse geographies and cultures, is highly preferred.
