Transformation Sr. Manager - Digital Procurement Spend Analytics
Overview The purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end execution of the single largest strategic initiative in the Digital Procurement roadmap to deliver global insights reporting on PepsiCo’s $50B external spend. The successful completion of this project will provide a key enabler to unlock $500MM in productivity for Procurement by providing visibility to supplier spend allowing Procurement to negotiate better pricing with suppliers. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams between multiple functions such as Procurement, S&T, Finance, Sustainability, etc., along with local Sector teams to align with organizational goals and ensure successful implementation of this transformational project. The scope includes all Sectors and BUs as well as Independent Bottlers and Co-Manufacturers. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Global Spend Analytics program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional teams, and external partners, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns throughout the transformation process. Facilitate collaboration between various departments and business units involved in Spend Analytics, ensuring clear communication, resource alignment, and accountability. Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with other transformation projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to supply chain operations. Implement change management processes and practices to facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organization, ensuring smooth transition and minimal resistance. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of the Spend Analytics project, regularly reporting progress to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed. Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization, soliciting feedback from stakeholders, and implementing enhancements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
