Location: This position is Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Advisor – Organizational Transformation & Strategy to lead high-level consulting engagements that support enterprise-wide change for a major water utility. This role provides executive-level advisory services in strategic planning, organizational development, and transformation management. The Senior Advisor will work directly with client leadership to define priorities, shape transformation roadmaps, and deliver long-term solutions that align with the client’s mission of transparency, innovation, and sustainability. Responsibilities: Provide senior-level subject matter expertise and guidance on complex organizational or technical challenges Formulate system and program requirements based on analysis and best practices Lead the design and execution of strategic or technical initiatives in vertical areas Collaborate with project managers and client executives to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables Develop detailed assessments, strategies, and implementation plans in the SME’s area of expertise Support stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer across teams Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a field aligned with the SME’s discipline as required by the client (e.g., IT, Business, Law, Engineering, etc.) Twelve (12) years of direct industry experience related to the subject matter specialty Eight (8) years in a senior technical role within the IT field or other relevant domain Proven ability to provide executive-level consultation and technical leadership Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving capabilities Preferred/Nice to Have Skills: Advanced degree Experience leading large-scale government or utility sector transformation projects Clearance: The ability to pass a background check is required Recently ranked as high as #3 among HUBZone Companies in a GOVWIN survey, DTI offers a dynamic environment for those passionate about impactful projects, community involvement, and contributing to top-ranking Federal and State Commissionaires project support teams.
