**Position Title: Transformation Strategy Officer** **Location:** Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL **Relocation Assistance:** None available at this time **Remote/Telework:** NO - Not available for this position **Clearance Type:** DoD Top Secret with SCI Eligibility **Shift:** Day shift (Mon-Fri) **Travel Required:** Up to 10% of the time \#cjpost **Description of Duties:** The **Transformation Strategy Officer** supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: • Be responsible for supporting the management of complex and diverse intra- and inter-departmental organizations. • Formalize the goals and objectives that achieves the IRES vision, as well as recommending performance measures and priorities for activities and resources that achieves greater efficiencies and effectiveness for our organizations and our customers. • Support the Chief Transformation Officer and other IRES leaders to increase performance, collaboration, and problem solving across all of our cross-functional teams. • Support operational sales and act as an Account Lead for Huntsville growth market areas • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support program success and future opportunities • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue target This position is a hybrid of on-site work and telework **Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. The selected candidate may be assigned as an employee for one of our teammate companies.** **Basic Requirements:** Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 18 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 16 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 12 years of general experience • Must have at least 10 years of directly related experience • Must have at least 15 years of experience in management or leadership roles • Must have experience leading a large organization(s) (1,000+ personnel and $10M+ annual budget) • Must have experience in strategic and operational planning • Must have experience as Director or Deputy Director of Transformation • Must have an active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility **Desired Requirements:** • Have a master’s degree • Strong communication skills and at the executive/Flag/General officer level • Have a working knowledge and experience in enterprise or global operations • Have a working knowledge and experience in managing cross-functional organizations • Have experience managing large and complex projects/programs/missions • Previous customer/program experience supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Army Contracting Command (ACC), United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) or other HSV customers • Prefer candidate to have previous Account or Operational Sales experience This position is expected to pay **$172,000 - $197,000** annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
