Handle multiple end-to-end transitions with different levels of complexity. Plans and schedule account deliverables, goals, milestones Communicate with clients to identify and define the account requirements, scope, and completion objectives Collaborating with the Operations and Support teams to ensure all account requirements are understood and worked on. Proactively working with client business partners to ensure their needs are met Tracking of account deliverables to ensure adherence to project timeline. Creating engagement reports/dashboards and facilitating project calls with key stakeholders First point of escalation during implementation phase, ensuring appropriate and proactive client communications while setting realistic expectations Prepare Service and/or Project proposal/s upon finalizing client requirements. Ensure that the scope and other requirements are Ensure that the scope and other requirements are accurate and complete Identify and document additional process improvements opportunities for possible implementation after the Transition Ensure seamless transfer of account to Operations Prepare Change Requests as required to capture change in scope and/or timeline Tracking of released proposals and change orders Baselining review of engagements
