Transition Manager, Lease Administration

What this job involves

Support projects through initiation and execution including ongoing follow ups, project success tracking, and reporting and escalation.Work collaboratively with LA Ops, JBS and Transition Leads on Account Management and Governance, Communications and Change Management, and Employee Readiness workstreams.Co-develop and deploy change and communication management plans for each assignment or program that are aligned with overall communication/change management strategy, working with transition lead to identify all key areas of process change, aligning team capability and requirements, and including a detailed communications matrix, required messaging, and delivery mechanisms.Ensure all workstream leads actively participate during transition and provide required information timely.Ensure the completion of all data templates, abstraction / migration of data into agreed tools.Prepare project timeline plans and assume responsibility to maintain transition tracking through completion.Coordinate as required: system set ups, access requests, reporting review and update, data uploads, data migrations, data checks for missing / inconsistent / incorrect data.Review comparison between systems or reports and proactively follow up on obtaining missing information.Document agreed to processes and process flows.Utilize Governance tools to support program needs.Facilitate effective internal and client-facing meetings to achieve desired business results including but not limited to change management workshops, project status updates, and cross-functional alignment activities.Leverage problem-solving skills to achieve firm and client business goals.Collaborate with other transition leaders to identify and implement best-in-class processes for transition and program management.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement; with the purpose of enhancing client experience, improving financial performance, minimizing risk, or creating a competitive advantage.Clarify and communicate objectives including detailed understanding of client expectations, status of deliverables and success criteria.Responsible for transition client satisfaction throughout the transition process (including post go-live, handoff and optimization as applicable).This role may require some travel (up to 10%).

Desired skills and experience for this job

5+ years’ experience in project management required, preferably3+ years’ experience in Lease AdministrationTechnology: Experience in working within Lease Administration Technology ApplicationsChange Management experience, Communications experience, and/or Six Sigma certification a plus / and/or PMI certification.Expert skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and other applicationsStrong organizational and time management skills to facilitate involvement in multiple projects; process-driven, with an orientation toward continuous process improvement.Ability to work directly with key stakeholders at all levels to gather and interpret functional requirements.Detail driven and oriented with ability to drive results.Highly analytic mindset with a track record of proactively identifying potential issues and formulating solutions and contingency plans.Excellent professional presence with excellent business and written/oral communication skills.Proactive and self-directed in work habitsAdvanced Computer skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power Point
