Responsibilities:

Evaluate the applications for transition during the pilot phase and create a detailed transition plan. Engage with key project stakeholders, prioritize applications, and schedule Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions. Collaborate with the Qualitest QA team, monitor transition progress, and address key challenges and issues. Track and publish transition metrics to Lulu project stakeholders. Prepare and publish a comprehensive transition summary report for Lulu.
