Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits Essential Duties Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial professionals by understanding their business needs and company procedures to resolve inquiries and ensure follow-up. Communication & Support: Proactively inform financial professionals of changes, issues, and potential opportunities to enhance relationships and overall satisfaction. Process Improvement: Identify and address gaps in processes or changes in Cambridge or clearing firm policy, implementing solutions to improve efficiency. Collaboration on Strategic Initiatives: Partner with Transition Leadership on strategic objectives, project planning, and executing deliverables that increase efficiencies and generate positive business results. Operational Expertise: Effectively communicate and enforce operational and external clearing firm policies and procedures using comprehensive expertise in operational functions. Troubleshooting & Escalation: Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex inquiries and processes, independently resolving new and challenging situations. Mentorship & Training: Train and mentor both new and existing associates, expanding their knowledge of industry and firm policies. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Research, review, reconcile, and track issues from management and financial professionals to ensure timely resolution. Education & Experience The ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 4 or more years, with business developement and the financial industry. Certificates & Licenses Compensation: $50,000-$70,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
