The position: The Transitions Associate will be responsible for supporting the Transitions team’s efforts of integrating all new properties into RPM Living’s management. This position would directly report to Senior Transitions Manager and be primarily focused on internal takeover processes administration.

Responsibilities Review information provided by outgoing management and communicate with internal teamsCoordinate onboarding tasks for takeover and new construction propertiesAssist with general account setupsTake initiative to make positive changes within the position and the teamReview and generate reports on property contractsAssist with takeover tasks as assigned by the Senior Transitions Manager Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Ability to learn new systems and programsConsistent attention to detailComfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize and multi-taskPositive attitudeCollaborates well with other team members

Physical Requirements:

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in our Austin office 3 days per weekThe office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions Company Information
