Join our Global Manufacturing and Supply Services Team as Translation Senior Specialist (Dutch Speaking) and you can help make it happen. Our mission is to deliver and support Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, and drive priority and transformative initiatives across the organisation. Your job? You will be responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

Monitoring and management of Verifier community (training, communication, list update)  of workflows until the full translation verification activities transferred to hubAccurately translate quality documents from one language to another. This includes ensuring the translation is linguistically and technically accurate, maintaining consistency with Sanofi-specific terminology, and adhering to established quality standards and regulationConduct thorough quality assurance checks on translated documents, involving review of translated content for accuracy, grammar, styleManage and maintain a centralized terminology database, as it is crucial for consistent and standardized translation

About you Experience: ~1-2 years professional experience in documentation / administration field (optional: in GxP environment)Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environmentsTechnical skills: Sufficient skills in Quality DMS, Word, Excel, PowerPointEducation: Bachelor's or Master's DegreeLanguages: Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
