421 North 10th Street, Winterset, IA 50273, USA | Full Time AGRILAND FS is looking for a dedicated self-starter with attention to detail and excellent customer service and communication skills to fill the role of Transport Account Coordinator.. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will offer strong inbound customer service, accurate invoicing, and monitor and manage accounts receivable for energy transport accounts. Core Responsibilities: + Coordinate and execute invoicing for energy transport customers. + Create and review accounts receivable reports to ensure transport customers' accounts are up to date, sending past due notices and working with salesman as needed. + Document the billing and receivables process for each transport customer, will clearly communicate contacts, and internal nuances of each customer. + Ability to demonstrate knowledge of all programs and pricing. + Understand all applicable fuel taxes, working with AGRILAND FS tax specialist to stay up to date with various state taxes and tax processes + Audit vendor invoices for correct pricing, taxes, purchase orders, etc. + Reconcile open transport purchase orders, requesting vendor invoices as needed What we need from you: + Usually requires a minimum of a two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experience + Basic accounting and business skills + Excellent communication, time management skills along with high level cognitive flexibility + Organizational skills with examples of managing multiple projects at one time + Experience learning proprietary software, along with Microsoft Excel and Word + Excellent customer service demonstrating experience with problem solving + Capable of working efficiently with little supervision + Data entry experience with excellent attention to detail What we offer our team: + Opportunity to make an immediate impact with a strong team dedicated to success + Resources to learn and further develop your skills in business and leadership + Opportunity for career development and responsibility growth at a stable and growing company + Solid retirement future with a 100% company-funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus an additional 401k with company match + Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more + Casual office attire Are you a good match to join the AGRILAND FS Team as a Transport Account Coordinator in Winterset?
