Your working environment
Each Resort has several restaurants and bars, both event-oriented and more intimate, serving our Premium All Inclusive offer. Our bars allow guests to reconnect with each other and set the pace for each highlight of the day. From themed evenings to festive events, you will evolve in a multi-faceted environment. You are
- Friendly, you are gifted in representing Club Med’s values to customers and employees.
- Key to our activity, you work with different departments and contribute to our overall success.
- Well-organised, you know our processes like the back of your hand and apply them meticulously.

You will
- Elaborate the arrival/departure schedules and submit it to the Front Desk Manager for validation
- Organize the welcome and transfer procedures of our clients and relay the information to rest of the village
- Welcome the clients as they arrive and  assist them for their departure
- Be in relation with the airport authorities (customs, police…), airplane companies and the local travel agencies
- Draft of all transfers, dispatch to the providers and do the follow up of the invoices
- Treat the comments and specific requests of our clients (luggages, flight changes …)
- Applicate Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures
- Accompany and train the receptionists in their daily tasks
