About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
What you will do:
• Help with Assurance activities in Transport ( IP RAN , MW , Routers, POI)
• Support activities in Transport Area
• Handle incident management and end to end closure of TTs for Transport system and nodes
• Assist with Problem management and other NOC functions
• Perform system administration on Transport Network functions
• Hands on experience in managing multi vendor Transport equipment ( IP RAN , MW , Routers) and understanding on IP Core network along with RAN Solution.
• Transport Network Performance KPI analysis and resolution .
The skills you bring:
• Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ experience of RAN Telco background
Additional Requirements:
• Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
• Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
