We’re looking for a Transport Operations Coordinator to join our ORS division working in Belgium.
Mölnlycke is now looking for a Transport Operations Coordinator.
This key role focuses on maintaining stellar transportation, boosting the efficiency of our entire supply chain.
The goal of this position is to consistently deliver high-quality transportation services.
This involves ensuring daily satisfaction for both internal and external customers and establishing a well-organized transportation structure that improves over time, supporting all aspects of supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities:
Utilize TMS to monitor and optimize logistics flows, ensuring service excellence and cost-efficiency. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to solve deviations and improve transport solutions. Lead operational performance meetings and support strategic quarterly business reviews. Develop and update SOPs, manage EDI and data flows, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase quality, reduce costs, and improve service.
Qualification and experience
Practical experience within logistics (including inbound, outbound, transport) or bachelor degree Documented customer-oriented approach Exposure of international environment Analytical and monitoring skill set is required Experience from work with continuous improvement
Competencies
Communication skills English/French (any other language is a plus) IT knowledge(SAP / ERP, Microsoft Office) Service minded Supplier Management Logistic Operations Operational excellence
