Being\nresponsible of regular and procedural execution of the Company's Procurement\nactivities.

Job Description:

·       \nPricing and supplying all vehicle requests\nacross Turkey.

·       \nTo ensure communication coordination between\nthe supplier and the operation unit.

·       \nProviding quick solutions when needed

·       \nCoordinating documentation and system\nupdates regarding supplier.

·       \nFollowing up tender process.

·       \nVisiting customers and suppliers when\nnecessary.

·       \nNegotiating the terms of the suppliers.

·       \nCo-load or vehicle purchases of all operational\n(terminal based and non-terminal based) loads or to ensure their realization

·       \nSubmitting a price offer to DHL Partners\nabroad and ensuring timely and correct response to their e-mails,

·       \nControlling the regular and proper\ncontinuation of the operations of import and export, Key Accounts Customers,\ntaking improvement measures, and negotiating with the suppliers in this\ndirection.

·       \nAdopt unexceptional compliance to ISO\n9001-14001-27001-50001, ISO 45001 Integrated Management System principals

 Qualifications & Key\nRequirements

·       \nBachelor’s Degree

·       \nFluent English

·       \n4-5 years of experience in logistics\nsector

·       \nGood communication, analytical, problem\nsolving skills.

·       \nResult oriented, achiever, analytical

·       \nNegotiation skills

·       \nAdaptation to flexible working hours

·       \nHaving knowledge of products and\nprocesses

·       \nFlexible about business travels
