Currently, we are looking for a person willing to join our Transport Management team.
In this team you would be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products to our customers in Europe. We collaborate with other departments in Clariant as well as with external partners, such as carriers and warehouses.
At Clariant, we offer many opportunities for the development of young talents. This role is an example of one of them. If you currently have experience at the Junior level, but would like to develop in the area of Logistics and are available full-time, do not hesitate to apply.

What will you be doing?
Use SAP to plan and arrange shipments with the necessary details and paperwork Track the transport: loading and delivery process and deal with delays and complaints Handle urgent loadings, problem solving and prompt communication to stakeholders about any issues Work with CSD and BU, local sites/warehouses, customs authorities and transport providers Make sure you have a clear understanding of the expectations and common goals with the customer in order to collaborate with the team on the targets achievement Try to challenge yourself and go beyond the usual while implementing changes, potential of reducing gaps or any waste Be actively involved in projects in the area of logistics and possibility to participate in End to End process projects
What are we looking for?
University degree (preferably in Logistics) Experience in international trade or logistics and transport planning – it's nice if you have this experience - if not, you will gain it by joining us Knowledge of SAP system (SD module) – if you don't have, remember that everything can be learned Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent interpersonal skills, work well in a team Ability to listen to customer expectations, understand customers’ needs and provide regular feedback Readiness to challenge our current achievements and do more, go the extra mile and exceed the customers’ expectations Language skills: English - B2 level mandatory German – would be an advantage
