Overview

Responsible for overseeing transportation procedures and cargo movement, plans and execute tactical actions to reduce operational errors, analyzes freight and transportation performance, evaluates demand, and assesses carrier performance.

What You'll Do Support the management of cargo transportation with partner carriers. Develop and identify performance indicators for the specific logistic network. Create predictive metrics to assist in generating business result. Assist in creating operational dashboards. Identify critical activities and help standardize process. Develop routines for mapped action plans and cause-and-effect problem resolution. Implement pricing strategies and negotiate freight rates for short, medium, and long terms. Freight rate analysis. Carrier selection/ evaluation/ haring. Analyze discrepancies between freight provisions and carrier documents. What You'll Bring to the Table Degree in Administration, Engineering or Logistic Experience in the logistic and transportation field. Experience in TMF Fluent in Portuguese. Advanced English required. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Able to travel to the Distribution Center once a week.
