Due to our continued growth in the Heavy Lift Team, we are seeking experienced Heavy Lift Transport Specialist to join our team to be either FIFO from their home country, Perth, Interstate, or local to the project location.

As an experienced Heavy Lift Transport Specialist, you will be responsible for planning & managing the safe conduct of all specialised heavy lift and transport work undertaken by the workforce under their control and for fully understanding safety requirements and standards.   In this role you will play an integral a part in the the assembly, configuration, operation and mechanical maintenance of Self-propelled Modular Transporters (SPMT’s) and specialized lifting equipment. 

What you will bring:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SPMT Configuration, Operation & Maintenance

· Supervision experience within Heavy Lift/Heavy Haul scopes, ideally in a construction project environment.

· Experience of specialised lifting equipment (Hydraulic Gantry/Jacking Systems & Strand Jacks) would be advantageous

· Ability to plan large transport operations (involving RoRo) and interpret technical/engineering documents relevant to transport operations in line with site procedures and site hazards.

· Excellent planning and organisational skills.

· Experience in delivering safe and reliable service solutions while focusing on client relationships.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proof of right to work in Australia.
