As a Transport Systems Analyst at DHL, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transport systems to deliver excellence. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will provide systems support across our Transport business. Working within our fast-paced, time critical, team environment, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and develop professionally. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
\n\n\nProvision of 2nd level IT user support for all transport related systems including portal issues, data failures, track and trace, consigning, finance and billing\nDelivering critical support to ensure customer expectations and SLA’s are met\nAnalysis and reporting of systems and procedures\nAnalytical problem solving and system planning; identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities for improvement\nSystem set up and onboarding of new customers\nAd hoc projects\nDHL Supply Chain is a Great Place to Work

To be successful in this role, you will have:\nTertiary qualifications in Business, Transport, Statistics or similar (desirable)\nPrevious Transport System skills and experience\nDeveloped transport, operational, or warehouse knowledge and experience in logistics and supply chain processes\nSupport or Help Desk experience\nWorking knowledge of system, network and data base set-ups\nSystems administration background\nStrong analytical & problem-solving skills\nAdvanced MS Office, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint\nEffective written and verbal communication and influencing skills\n\n\n
