**Overview** ***** This position is contingent upon contract award ***** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Transportation and Maintenance Supervisor provide support for a services contract in Doha, Qatar. **Essential Job Duties** + Manage transportation motor pool for the program. + Ensure the readiness of drivers, vehicles, and dispatch procedures to meet the transportation needs. + Manage driver training program to ensure qualified, licensed, and safe driver operations. + Manage automotive maintenance program to ensure operational readiness of the vehicle fleet. + Manage driver and vehicle dispatch program meet requirements. + Ensure appropriate maintenance and driver training records are maintained. + Prepare reports and contract deliverables. **Minimum Requirements** + Associate’s degree. High school diploma and 12 years of experience may be substituted. + 10 years of experience providing fleet management, transportation, and automotive maintenance support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas. + 4 years of supervisory experience. + HAZMAT certification. + Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system. + Current CDL drivers license. + Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications. + Proficient written and verbal communicator. **Work Environment** + Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. + Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. + Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions. **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
