These contractors will be supporting the Transportation team!
Job Duties are:
•Initiate and complete assigned branch request for pricing (RFP) from lead to close
•Create log lists within Excel using tow searches via internet, referrals and tow show leads
-High volume of emailing to tow vendors and current towers to retain them for the next available tow
-Enter and update accounts/towers profiles daily to ensure nothing is missing
•Responsible for placing 25+ outbound calls to Tow vendors via a qualification process and secure pricing, equipment details, and updating information into a transportation management system (TMS).
-Coordinate tows from pickup location to desired final destination based on needs
•Accurately type in documented emails/calls into the system
•Email/fax RFP bid packages to tow vendor prospects
•Complete timely follow up calls to meet deadlines
•Coordinate and accurately input returned RFP data into TMS system for management review
-Will be using Salesforce
•Coordinate tower on-site interviews, create meeting itineraries, and complete tower profiles
•Send out declination letters to all participating towers not selected as a contracted tower
•Accurately update pertinent tower information into TMS system with equipment, contact information, contract terms, and insurance requirements

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
