This role as a Project Technical Leader involves overseeing site design projects nationwide, with a focus on CTA, Metra, and other Chicago-area clients. You'll manage technical aspects, ensuring accuracy, driving the technical vision, and mentoring staff. Responsibilities include project financials, client coordination, compliance with regulations, and ensuring firm policies are followed.

You’ll lead the development of large-scale mass transit projects, sign off on designs, and update requirements as needed. The role also includes site inspections, proposal creation, and client meetings. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior staff, offering technical guidance and supervising their work. Other duties as assigned.
