ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB’s Bedford, NH team is looking for a talented transportation intern to join us! This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team, across diverse disciplines, giving you exposure to a wide variety of projects in size and scope.

 

Responsibilities

Collaborate with numerous VHB staff, clients, and consultants to advance projects in a timely manner.Assist in development of planning and engineering solutionsPerform analysis of data or calculationsPerform field data collection and other on-site project support activitiesPrepare written documents, summarize information collected by others, and assemble reports

Skills and Attributes

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge of drawing and mapping tools such as AutoCAD and GIS. Ability to independently perform multiple tasks and interact appropriately and positively with coworkers.Self-motivated with attention to detail.Team oriented with strong capability to work independently.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree in engineering
