TRANSPORTATION LEAD Job ID 189089 Posted 14-Oct-2024 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Construction Location(s) Bengaluru - Karnataka - India **Global/Flex Support** ●Support the global client’s Transportation Team (Bay Area, Distributed Offices, India, APAC etc.) by providing a consistent approach for tasks listed within this Work Plan ●Utilize developed tools, processes, best practices, and leverage global CBRE presence to align/execute on the Transportation Team’s priorities and goals. **Transportation Project Delivery/Implementation and Planning** ●Infrastructure Planning Support: ○Assist in identifying new transportation infrastructure projects/opportunities, necessary safety improvements, and network gaps by: ■Maintaining relationships with day-to-day program operations teams and understanding their functional needs ■Performing ongoing field work (e.g. site walks) and observing transportation connectivity to adjacent sites, amenities, etc. ■Track applicable OpEx and CapEx infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the Infrastructure and Controls Teams to ensure alignment on project approach, financials, processes, approach, etc. ○Assist with development of Transportation’s annual capital plan/budget (project prioritization, coordination with local teams, estimations, spend forecasts, business case development, etc.) ■Assist with project charter and go2gate development/coordination ■Lead OACs for transportation capital projects ■Continued coordination with the Infrastructure and Controls Teams to ensure alignment on capital project tracking, processes, approach, etc. ●Project Delivery/Implementation Support: ○Manage the delivery and implementation of transportation projects from initiation through completion ■Review and manage coordination for project plans through the conceptual and final construction design phases to ensure alignment with transportation scope and establish stakeholder buy-in ■Projects can range from installation of EV charging infrastructure to improving district/regional connectivity allowing for more efficient and safer transportation ○Manage all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project ■Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process ■Conduct standard requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to the client, applying client specific requirements ■This includes managing permitting and design/construction teams to implement projects ■Key focus areas include: scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management ○Work directly with various teams (Client’s Transportation and external stakeholders) to prepare all project elements ■This includes project scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & achievements, quality control, and risk identification **Transportation Programs - Operations Support** ●Development/Site Support: ○Continue coordination with Transportation and external teams (i.e. WSMs, REDD, EHS, etc.) to understand potential transportation related concerns/issues to enhance user and workplace experience ○Collaborate with development/site project teams, assuring the client’s Transportation’s project standards are being met and implemented for refreshes, tenant improvements, and ground-up development projects ■Regularly meet with development/site project teams (e.g. attending OACs) to stay up-to-date on project specifics related to transportation ■Review and comment on project design packages on behalf of Transportation, including concept, schematic, design development, and construction phases ■Coordinate site walk activities for the Transportation Team with project teams for developments, ensuring contractors have followed transportation design requirements, before acceptance ■Coordinate with internal Transportation stakeholders and WSM teams on outstanding “fit-up” requirements, before project delivery/FDOB ●Transportation Project Guide Support: ○Support with updates and project guide revisions, documenting adjustments, and collaborating with internal Transportation stakeholders for feedback ●Administrative Support: ○Create and maintain tools for the Transportation Team (i.e. Transportation Checklist, Site Walk Punchlists, etc.) ○Maintenance and upkeep of Transportation documents in Drive CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
