The **Transportation Motor Pool Supervisor** is responsible for the day to day operations of the installation transportation motor pool operations on Fort Sill and AR 5-9 Area of Responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the day to day mission of the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP).
+ Responsible for ensuring that scheduling, dispatching, maintaining vehicles; movement of passengers and cargo, driver qualifications, receiving and issuing vehicle, and maintaining and providing accurate equipment records are all performed in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs.
+ Maintain numerous reports and data collection, including but not limited to the TMP Roster, Vehicle Reimbursables, Vehicle Damage Report, GSA Marshalling Report, Monthly Workload Data, and GFP issues.
+ Ensure all positions in the TMP complete date reporting, and ensure all reports are on time.
+ Work hand in hand with the Government and the TMP customers to ensure all missions are completed safely and on time.
+ Work closely with the TMP Operations Supervisor and assist when necessary to ensure he/she is working hand in hand with the drivers
+ Supervise the TMP personnel to ensure all requirements are accomplished in a timely and productive manner.
+ Periodically inspect loading points and drop off points to ensure that arrivals and departures are accomplished in accordance with daily schedules.
+ Periodically inspect TMP vehicles to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance is being accomplished.
+ Educate all TMP drivers as to their responsibilities while operating a GSA vehicle.
+ Monitor driver hours charged versus driver hours scheduled.
+ Direct vehicle operations as necessary to accomplish any valid requirement.
+ Periodically inspect all GSA vehicles for incident/accident damages; assisting customers and TMP personnel in the preparation of vehicle work orders and determining type and source of service required; monitoring status of vehicles at service/repair vendors.
+ Direct dispatchers on coordination manufacturer recall notices between customers and servicing vendors.
+ Direct employees to pressure check tires, check and maintain fuel levels.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ High School graduate or GED
+ Minimum five (5) years of documented supervisory experience in management, acquisition, and use of motor vehicles operations
+ Possess and continuously maintain a current valid driver’s license
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for computer access
+ Knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures and instructions in management, acquisition, and use of motor vehicles operations.
+ Be familiar with drivers schedules so as to be cognizant of route departure/arrival times.
+ Knowledge of all installed product software at the use/operator level and automated data processing policies and procedures as they pertain to assigned equipment, both LIS and Installation desktop computers which will allow the contractor to solve and/or contact appropriate technical support to resolve any problem associated with these systems.
+ Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers.
+ Possess verbal and written communication skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
+ Ability to proficiently utilize collective data system, Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), and the Fleet Management Information System (FMIS).
+ Knowledge of the Defense Management Acquisition, and Use of Motor Vehicles.
