Primary Responsibilities

This position will work as a key member of a highway/roadway design team for moderate to large projects and work independently on smaller projects.

In the role ofTransportation Project Manager, we'll count on you to:

Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-disciplineprojects Independently coordinate work of engineers and balance planning team throughout entire project's development Establish client relations and assist marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Participate in reviews with various governing agencies Conduct work sessions for design development and contract execution Coordinate workload throughout entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule and within budget Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed withinagreed-to parameters Work with Business/Accounting Leadership for project reviews Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering 7 years of related experience 2 years of project management experience Professional Engineer License or ability to obtain through reciprocity Hands-on experience with Microstation, Open Roads, Geopak and/or Inroads Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word Strong verbal and written skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification Experience managing projects for DOT or Municipality
