This position will work closely with Human Resources managing recruitment, hiring, performance management, investigations, disciplines, dismissals, coaching and support of assigned employees, and with Finance and Administration and Contracting groups to manage the federally funded Striping budget, file force account report, contractor payments and payments for goods and services. Work is performed under limited supervision. To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience: A ten (10) year combination of education, training and/or experience in maintenance, construction, fleet management, safety and budget to include at least four (4) years of managerial experience.
