Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network compounded by 3P carriers. As a Business Analyst Support, you will have to:
• Manage and analyze performance metrics;
• Supporting the development of sound business cases and driving measurements of actions to continuously improve on the inputs and ultimately the outputs of the business;
• Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business;
• Work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities;
• Build dashboards that can assist the team in decision-making;
• Monitor data inconsistencies and collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems;
• Support 3P operations daily, identify improvement opportunities, and manage business improvements;
• Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks;
• Communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers;
• Generate and analyze reports;
