Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop innovative bridge designs and rehabilitation projects for high-profile clients and initiatives, from concept to construction Contribute to a supportive and engaging work environment to deliver high-quality projects on schedule, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and attention to detail Take ownership of project scopes and budgets, with the goal of successful delivery and client satisfaction Preparation of contract bid documents and involvement in construction phase services, playing a key role from concept to completion Collaborate with subconsultants Mentor entry-level design engineers and drafters, to ensure high-quality client-focused deliverables Converse with clients and establish relationships built on trust and reputation
