We're seeking a motivated and experienced Transportation Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day transportation operations and lead our team of CDL Drivers to achieve exceptional service, production, and quality metrics. PAY: $73,000- $75,000
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)
HOURS: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Expect to be on-call)
LOCATION: 6401 W. 106th Street #801, Bloomington, MN 55420
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a team of couriers to ensure high levels of service, production, and quality metrics are achieved
Plan and manage staffing levels, training, recruiting, and performance evaluations
Oversee daily operations, including route management, workload assignments, and cost control
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, as well as transportation regulations and laws
Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years of experience in transportation management or a related field
High school diploma required, 4-year college degree preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Experience with transportation operations, logistics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decision
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
Desired but not required a CDL Commercial Driver’s License A or B class
