The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:00 am until 2:30 pm, with overtime and slight changes in schedule due to operational needs.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Creates and manages Driver Qualification (DQ) filesManages Department of Transportation (DOT) auditsEstablish delivery routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines Maintain exceptional customer service standards, quality, and satisfaction.Utilize Roadnet application to ensure delivery costs are held to company-expected run ratesOptimize routing schedules while strongly emphasizing driver safety.Cultivate excellent relationships with the drivers and customersMonitor sudden route changes or road construction to establish new routes to maintain timely deliveries QualificationsYou have:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience2+ years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work experienceAbility to create, manage, and calculate routesExperience with DQ file complianceKnowledge of the LOCAL AREA Proficiency in Excel and Word and experience with RoadNet is a plusSafe Drive experience is a plusCDL A is a plus
